Warranty:
Items we sell are NEW (unless stated otherwise in the item description) and include a 7 Day Warranty from the date of receipt.  USED items are "Sold As Is" (without warranty) and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Return Authorization is required for the return of any item under the 7 Day Warranty.  Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Please verify your order immediately upon receipt for accuracy. If we are unable to repair or supply a replacement, the purchase price of the item will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Shipping:
Shipping and handling expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your complete physical street address is required. Please include your phone number with your shipping information. Local pickup is not available.  We primarily ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) but, on occasion, we're forced to use truck-line freight for heavy or oversized items.  Multiple small items may be combined to conserve labor and reduce shipping charges.

Shipping Charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore US territories may require additional fees:
Shipping charges stated herein are for delivery to the 48 continental United States of America.  Shipments to the states of Alaska and Hawaii may require additional fees.  Shipments to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other off-shore US territories may also require additional fees.

Sales Tax:
Items shipped to recipients within the state of North Carolina are subject to 7% State Sales Tax.  In-state buyers who wish to purchase for resale must submit a copy of their valid North Carolina state resale certificate prior to the completion of the sale.
